Outlook 404 The specified object was not found in the store

Hi Guys,

Have a scenario that has been running fine for months and has suddenly gone wrong. PLEASE may someone assist me urgently
My Outlook scenario says - [404] The specified object was not found in the store.

I have a 365 calendar where it is adding the event and the 2 invitees are on exchange calendars but I doubt that will effect it? Again its been working fine. I have 5 records in the queue that I cant loose!

I have no idea what the problem is!

@make please can someone assist urgently we run this for a big company!!!

I don’t work for Make. However, I wonder if the calendar you are trying to write to has been deleted or renamed or moved. That might explain why it can’t be found.

Hi,

Thanks for replying…Nope the calendar is still there have not touched it…

Hi @mitchellfrancis290
Try reauthorizing the connection.

Msquare Automation - Gold Partner of Make.

I reauthorised it multiple times but nothing happened, so I duplicated the module and ran processed the backlogged data which worked and ran the add events successfully however there now not showing on my calendar?

Here is one of the successful runs :

You can see the name of the event is not on my calendar for the 14th

Welcome to the Make community!

For urgent technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

THIS IS CRAZY!!! Is there no one here to help for 5 hours??? @samliew

On this forum, you get peer community support from other Make users like you.

If you would like urgent support from the Make company, the only way is via their ticket system.

Of course, only Enterprise users get 24/7 Support, as stated here.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

For those who have had this 404 issue, duplicating the module seems to have fixed it. @samliew very disappointed in make support generally…
