Hi everyone,
I am trying to establish a connection with my EU pandadoc account that runs on https://app.pandadoc.eu/ .
When I try to establish a Make connection it is always redirecting me to https://app.pandadoc.com/ where authorization then fails.
Any idea how I can create a connection with the European servers?
Welcome to the Make community!
This is currently not possible with the current PandaDoc modules, as they are “hardcoded” to use app.pandadoc.com as the host base. The “backend” of this module’s communication needs to be amended, which we can’t do.
If this is important to you, please submit this suggestion to the Idea exchange, under App Improvement Ideas. However, do search for a similar request first (and also upvote), just in case it has already been suggested to avoid duplicates.

You can also manually integrate the endpoint in Make using the generic HTTP “Make a request” module.
If you need assistance in setting up the generic HTTP “Make a request” module, please provide additional information about what you have tried in relation to the external service’s Developer API Reference — how you are setting the connection up, a link to the endpoint are you trying to connect to, and what errors you are encountering.
You can also complete this brand new course/tutorial in the Make Academy on how to use external APIs — API calls with HTTP modules
- API and Endpoints
- Header and body
- Multipart/form-data
- OAuth 2.0
Hope this helps! If you are still having trouble, please provide more details.
