🚫 Pro Plan but no access to Built-in modules like "Data Transformer" — bug?

Hi Make team / community,

I recently upgraded to the Pro Plan (annual billing – 120,000 operations/year), but several built-in modules and features like Data Transformer, Base64 decode, Text parser, and other advanced Tools modules are still not visible in my account.

I’ve already:

  • Confirmed my organization is correctly subscribed
  • Cleared browser cache
  • Logged in via incognito
  • Tried different browsers

Still, those modules do not appear when creating scenarios — even though I now see basic Tools modules like Text parser.

This is blocking critical logic in my project, where I need to decode base64 audio generated by ElevenLabs and send it via Z-API using multipart/form-data.

Could someone from the team please check if my features were fully provisioned? Or if this requires manual activation for Pro accounts?

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I did open a ticket, but it was submitted yesterday and I haven’t received any response yet. I really need a quick resolution for this issue. Could you please let me know how long I should expect to wait for a reply?
