Support response - paid plan

What is the support average time for response for clients who are in the CORE paid plan?

I sent a few tickets but always get a response:

Does anybody who is on paid plan get this auto-reply ticket?


I am still waiting for a support response from last week. I use the CORE paid plan.

40 days and still waiting, Pro plan. I implemented 3rd party module, and now I cannot update it, because it stuck at the review process.

sorry to hear that, I have decided to migrate to another provider since doesnā€™t offer support for paid clients.
