I’m facing an issue with one of my custom apps in Make. I’m the developer of the app, and it has already been created and published. However, when I go to the “Custom Apps” tab in my Make dashboard, the app is not showing up, so I’m unable to update the module.
Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it? Any guidance would be appreciated.
The information we have is that the Clearout app was developed internally here at Make. There’s no record of any submission of a Clearout app from an external source.
If you’d like to take ownership of the app in order to maintain and enhance it yourself, that’s certainly possible. Please DM me your email address and I’ll get the ownership invitation sent to you.
I don’t see an option to send a DM here, and no email address was provided. Could you please let me know the correct way to share my contact details? I’m happy to send my email privately if there’s a channel for that.
You can use the private messaging feature to directly reach out to other forum members. To do this, go to your inbox, and click on the “New Message” button on the right.
Alternatively, you can also click on clicking on their username/avatar, then click on the “Message” button in the popup card.
There’s another option but it’s slightly more tedious. You can create a “New Topic” the same way this thread was started, and click on the plus-symbol to switch the post type to a “New message”. Then, you will have to search for the user that you want to send the message to.
