Publishing Scenario

Hi all,

I have created a scenario which integrates with different application(like outlook and OCR tool) and process documents via OCR tool through API’s. This document processing scenario might be helpful in different industries.

Can please anyone guide me about how can I publish this so that its available in the community.

I also wanted to know that how can I publish my scenario as template?

For creating a template, you should contact support.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users).

Make a template available :-

  • Select the private template you wish to distribute.
  • In the upper right corner, click Publish.

Editing a published template is not possible. Your template must first be unpublished. Once edited, you can republish. Provide a public connection

You can share your template with others after it has been published.

  • Copy the URL to your clipboard by clicking the Share public link button in the upper-right corner.

Publish :-

To have your published templates added to the public templates collection, send them in for approval.

  • In the upper-right corner, click Request approval.
  • “Approval pending” will now appear on the button.

Before it’s made public, a Make administrator examines your template. Make adds your template to the public templates library once it has been approved.
