What are you trying to achieve?
The scenario is simple but the details that need to be parsed aren’t. This is a link explaining what my goal is: DDT make.com scenarios - Google Docs.

Steps taken so far
My first issue is that the connection keeps breaking. I opened a ticket with Make last week but haven’t heard back from them.
My next issue (when connected) is that it gave me the correct info in the Google sheet, but now it isn’t. I didn’t change anything, it just stopped working and I can’t figure out what went wrong. Here is a link to the Google sheet with what’s happening now on the top line and what should happen on the next 4 lines. One of the issues is that the confirmation emails are being sent from different departments and don’t follow a set pattern. In the subject line some say Confirmarion for file #, some say Confirmation of file (and the number of the file).
