Pull data from a CSV file and send to my CRM

I have a cloud-based CSV file. I want to pull 100 contact details a day from that file and move them to my CRM. Both my cloud account and CRM are already integrated with Make and running other scenarios. This one, which I think should be simple, is giving me grief.
