Push notification not working on Android

Hello I operated a scenario involving the sending of push notification after a filter. Though the operation is registered as successful with a message ID in the module output. Notifications fail to appear on the registered Android devices.

Any issue with the MAKE App? Any solution or insight?
Thx

I also had issues with notifications not appearing, I re-added the module to the make.com app and it worked again. Than I thought I had the same issue again but my notifications were just muted.
Do you see the event arriving in the make.com app on the smartphone?

I am having the same issue. It was working for a few weeks in September when they released Unrestricted app - 2.0.6 but then the buttons feature stopped working and when they released version 2.0.7 the push notification stopped working for me again, but the buttons started working again. It seams like getting both to work at the same time is causing some issue.

It could be that my phone is old (Samsung Note 9) because support said they could not recreate my issue but it’s unclear. I would appreciate any insight.

PUSH NOTIFICATION STOPPED WORKING ON ANDROID AGAIN!!

SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE. SEE THIS THREAD:

TO TROUBLESHOOT, I HAVE TRIED DISCONNECTING THE ANDROID NODE AND RE-ADDED IT. MY PHONE STILL NEVER RECEIVES THE PUSH. THIS JUST STARTED HAPPENING A WEEK OR TWO AGO.

NEED SOME ACTUAL SUPPORT FROM MAKE. LAST TIME IT TOOK A YEAR TO GET THIS FIXED!!! WHY YOU HAVE SUCH POOR SERVICE??

Hello there @FirstVertex,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention in the community. We apologize for the frustrations this has caused. We understand how important Make is for your core processes, and we know issues like this can be very disruptive.

To help you get this resolved as quickly as possible, could you please open a ticket with our Customer Care team? They’ll be able to take a closer look, investigate the problem in detail, and work with you on the best solution.

Also, we’d like to ask you to keep the discussion civilized and respectful. :folded_hands:

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and let us know if there’s anything we can do to help!

@vendy i have attempted to contact customer service but your website makes it impossible!

Here’s what i see:

  1. click the link in your message to Open a Ticket
  2. i arrive at a page with one option, continue button. push that
  3. i see a page with options like Community and Help Center. since i’m already in Community I pick help center
  4. i arrive to “Help Center” - there’s no option to “open a ticket”. so i pick “contact support” at the bottom of the page. which leads to an infinite loop, back at step 2

it genuinely appears to me that it is impossible to actually open a ticket, as you hinted. the community forum is actually the only option i have for telling anybody about this serious problem.

If you have some actual instructions i can follow to actually open a ticket, please provide them. otherwise, please refer this serious issue to your devs directly, keeping in mind that last time it took a year for someone from Make to actually do anything about this!!!

Hello there @FirstVertex,

I apologize for any confusion caused by my previous message.

After further investigation, I noticed that you have been on a Free account for more than 3 months; therefore, the 90-day complimentary period offering access to our Customer Care team ended. To create a ticket, you must upgrade to one of our paid plans.

If you wish to stay on the Free plan, I’m positive someone from the community will jump in and share their experience and help you with troubleshooting.

Thank you for understanding :folded_hands:
