Are push notifications not working for anyone else? I’ve tested on multiple Android 14 devices.
Welcome to the Make community!
No, I can confirm they are no longer working.
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Did you know, the concepts of about 70% of questions asked on this forum are already covered in the Make Academy. Investing some effort into it will save you lots of time and frustration using Make later!
The android module has not been working for a solid day now. I’m currently looking for a workaround and I have submitted tickets but have heard nothing. We rely on these to send order notifications to our partners and this is costing us hundreds of dollars so far. I’m a small business and can’t afford losses like this and I can’t afford to develop the actual tech I need.
Just a bit frustrating and the lack of support doesnt help
Thanks Samliew for confirming. I did create a ticket as well but wanted to reach out to the community as well.
Derrick_Hayworth - it’s crazy because I swore it was working a few days ago. Thank you for confirming. I ended up setting up a Discord server and have the flows message channels instead in the meantime and I just monitor that.
Hello everyone @here
As Sam mentioned, this is a known issue and it has been reported to our external mobile app dev team. We’ll share updates as soon as we receive feedback from them.

Good day,
I have spent the last 3 days developing an android app using FCM that allows me to send PDF data to the device to download it in the background. My use case for the android module was just to send PDF files to the device so that is what I developed.
I can modify this app to allow for push notifications if anyone needs help to get their issues resolved. Feel free to reach out to me. My app is functional but not pretty.
Got the same problem.
Same here. Just tested it and it’s not working.
Adding my voice, I am having the same issue

Same issue with me. No notification is received, and no error is showing.
Hello @Zachary_Roman, welcome to the Make Community.
I just wanted to provide a quick check-in. Unfortunately, we currently don’t have any updates to share. As I mentioned in my previous comment, we reported the issue to our external mobile app team and we’re waiting for them to investigate this and get back to us. We will make sure to share any updates as soon as we get them.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disruptions this may be causing.
Your patience and understanding throughout this process are greatly appreciated.
Same issue for me, at current time Android notifications are not working. Tried with different devices in different scenarios. Following the topic.
if you have more insight on this I would love to see a repo or something that explains what you did
What I did was set up Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) in an Android app to handle receiving PDF URLs and downloading the files in the background on the device. The app is designed to automatically download the PDF files without user interaction, ensuring a seamless process.
It’s unfortunate that I don’t have a module in Make, so I have to use two HTTP modules to perform an API call. While this does use more operations, I’ve been running my app for a few weeks now, and it actually performs better than Make’s app. The approach is similar to how Make’s Android app operates, which includes additional features like push notifications and monitoring tools. Now that I’ve completed the FCM setup, I can easily incorporate those extra features into my Android app. The base work is done, and it’s ready to be expanded with the same kind of functionality that Make’s app offers.
Still not working, can anyone give an idea when this will be fixed?
Yo! No notifications from Make on my Android! No progress to report on a month-old issue! Customer service is clueless that this is a known issue lol advised me to uninstall the app and try again what a waste of time! Come on folks we can do better!
