Quickbooks integration with Airtable, Invoice document numbering keeps randomly turning off

Building a connection of Airtable with Quickbooks through Make… randomly when creating invoices Quickbooks will switch settings to custom Invoice Numbering and screw everything up. Has anyone dealt with this?

The document number field is empty.

I turn custom numbering back back off and then it flips on again later and stops numbering invoices. Audit trail in QBO says i’m doing it a minute after certain invoices are made.

I’ve poured through everything a million times, to no success.

2. Scenario blueprint

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mappings and settings. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

3. And most importantly, Output bundles

Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario, then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download output bundles”.
