I use a number of Quickbooks modules to create invoices, update invoice statuses, etc. Recently, I’m looking to have invoices send from my own email rather than from QuickBooks (which sometimes ends up in spam).
In one of my scenarios where I use the “Create Invoice” module, the output includes an “InvoiceLink”, which is a direct payment URL.
However, any time I create a new scenario, that output doesn’t trigger. It’s like there are versions of the module and there’s an older version of it running and outputting the link, but the newer version doesn’t.
I’m using same settings (including enabling the “allow online payments” setting). Still no luck.
I’d REALLY love to be able to use the Get an Invoice module to return all invoice payment links, but I have never seen that output from the Get an Invoice data.
Per quickbooks, this is data in the API, I just can’t reliably get it from a make module. See screenshots. First one shows the output with the link, second one doesn’t have it. Same module. As a bonus, i tested it and i can copy this specific module between scenarios…but just feels a weird way to solve may issue.:
