A part of my scenario passes a scanned image with written text on it and I would like to remove the white BG from the PNG file. Is there any way to do this with make?
What solution would be the most secure/private?

remove.bg is one such app. But there are many - just search for image in the module picker and you’ll see all the apps that have image editing ability.
Thanks for the suggestions! I’ve tried remove.bg, deep-image.ai and picsart so far… I can’t get picsart to operate properly and the other 2 couldnt remove everything… I think it may have to do with the fact that I’m working with text on paper. Is there any option that allows me more control about how I want to remove the bg? If there was a way to get this working with photoshop I could possibly do it that way but since I’m trying to automate this it’s a little confusing.
Thanks!
Maybe Canva will work. It’s a whole editing system and has some new AI features to modify background or foreground features.
I’m sorry background.bg didn’t do the job.
oh no worries I found some new services I can definitely use in the future
thanks for the help!
Hi @nyc,
I’m glad to hear you’ve found some alternatives, but if you have a moment, I’d love the opportunity to help you get Picsart’s Remove Background module working properly.
Looking forward to helping you out!
Best regards,
The Picsart Team
