Hi Make.com Community,
at the moment I am migrating from zapier to make. com. At Zapier there is a “create draft reply” function for office 365. This function is missing at make. com.
I found a tutorial using the microsoft api https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/message-createreply?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http
This works well for the moment, but when I sent the drafts outlook does not set the original message in the answered state (small arrow). This is expected:
