I want to build a scenario for responding to all comments on my facebook page (posts and reels). But the Post_ID is a mandatory field. If I select any particular post id, the scenario is limited to a single post/reel. How to build a scenario where I can respond to all comments (past or future) on my post/reels without having to select individual post id.

Hey,

You can use Manychat for that.
In Make, the built-in module does ask for a specific post.

Hi @Santhosh_Aili

Use the Facebook Pages app. A Page can have multiple Posts. Each Post can receive multiple Comments.

  1. List Posts for a Page
  2. List Comments for said Post
  3. Filter out your own comments
  4. Create a comment as a reply
