Retrieve 1000+ records from Airtable and upload as a CSV to Google Drive

I have an Airtable table with 1000+ records. When any record in the table is updated, I want to retrieve ALL records in a specific view, convert the data to CSV format, and upload the CSV to a Google Drive folder.

The scenario I tried was Airtable Watch Records > Google Drive.

I have the Watch Records tool set to return 10 records. I named the file MapMakeDataTest.csv in the Google Drive “File Name” field. I mapped the fields in the Google Drive “Data” field to include only the Airtable fields I want to save.

When I ran the scenario, it only returned one record. This was saved in Google Drive as a CSV, but it only has two fields:

1. An Airtable field called Accession concatenated with the recordID field from Airtable (this was not one of the fields I mapped in the Google Drive tool).
2. A single long field with all the data from all the other fields I mapped.

I thought I might need to include commas between the fields in the map (see the image). But this returns a blank CSV.

Can someone help me troubleshoot this scenario?

2. Scenario blueprint

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mappings and settings. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

3. And most importantly, Input/Output bundles

Please provide the input and output bundles of the modules by running the scenario (or get from the scenario History tab), then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download input/output bundles”.

Providing the input/output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.
