Run Python script to read and write csv flie

My desired scenario collects a csv file from a one drive folder, a python script then imports the csv , manipulates the data and outputs a csv again, I then want to send the csv file to a dedicated email address via outlook

I know how to save files to onede drive, the python script works locally. However, I am failing (at least I think) to import and export the csv file using my python script. I am using 1Saas.co to host my script.

Does anyone have any experience with handling files, using 1Saas.co and can help?
