RuntimeError - Something went wrong. Please, try again

I’ve suddenly had a few of these in the last 3 days on my ‘Thinkific - Make an API Call’ module.

Does it imply that Thinkific is rejecting the connection for some reason? Or is it impossible to determine what the issue is? (The majority of executions of this scenario are working fine.)

This looks like a technical issue.

HTTP error 526 indicates that the SSL certificate is invalid. Usually the cause is an expiry and wasn’t renewed in time, or the target server changed its SSL cert or certificate authority.

For quicker assistance with bugs and technical problems, you may want to contact support directly. They respond very quickly and update you frequently on the status of their investigation.

There is no point retrying the scenario until this has been resolved. For now I recommend disabling the schedule to save on operations.
