Salesforce New Cases

Looking to have a scenario that searches Salesforce every 5 minutes and looks for new cases created then sends a Microsoft Teams notification. I have done similar with opportunities and it works well, but in using cases it just keeps finding an old record in SF from 2015 on step 1.

I am using the SF Watch Records - by “Created Time” then checking if the status is New (which is our default value for a newly case). Do I need to use a different initial connector - or somehow watch by “Created Time” in reverse chronological order (not sure how to do that???)
