Hi, I currently have 27 records in queue but the scenario is not processing them. I already tried reactivating the scenario itself and process the old data but this did not do anything. I can’t lose all these data as this is a production scenario, I also see that there have been previous reports of this happening, what do you think would be the best way to resolve this?

Hi, I just checked again, it looks like the records were processed 3 to 4 hours after they were sent to the webhook. Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future? The system Im working on depends on this scenario to process the records immediately.
