I have a scenaio that has been working just fine. Yesterday I had to do an update to a variable and it seemed to work fine after testing.
Today the scenario is on but it is not processing the records. I get the message “There are 18 records in the queue waiting to be processed.”.
I usually just turn it off, then on again and click “Process old data”. Nothing is happening.
When I go into the and manually click “Run once” then “use existing data” the scenario works fine and the number of records in the queue is reduced by 1.
How can I get the records to restart processing the old data and working again properly?
Tech support has just responded. It seems it is an internal issue:
"Hi Shawn,
I apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are aware of the issue and have reported it to our development team, who are currently investigating it. We will promptly notify you as soon as we receive further updates from them."
Many others having the same issue? I’ll report back once there is a fix.

As you mentioned, this was an issue on our end. The queues should now be processed successfully, and all your records should be updated.
