my scenario won’t run. and there are no errorrs. the queue just keeps stacking up and it won’t run any of them. this has never happened before. I need urgent help.

Turn your scenario off and then on again. It will prompt you to delete all the data in the queue, or process all the older requests first.

Thanks, i’m aware I can do that. Have tried it multiple times, as you can see from my screenshot.
