Scheduled Scenario with Microsoft 365 Calendar Watch Events runs into 503/504 errors

Hello,
My client is currently running a mock test with a scenario active on his account. We set the schedule to run every 9:00 in the morning. We first activated this schedule on 22-02-2024. The first day (23-02) was successful, but the other runs had the error 504 first and then every run returned a 503.

Second day the error was 504 instead of 503:

The Scenario is quite easy only 2 actions: Watch Events from Outlook and Create Tasks in ClickUp:

If anybody has any ideas that would be very helpful :slight_smile:

HTTP 504 means it couldn’t reach your server.

If this happens intermittently, check with your IT team.

They might have some firewall that could interfere with the normal internet operation.
