Hi,

We have Sellercloud integration, and we are getting an error while authorizing or verifying the connection. Because of this, all scenarios using this connection have stopped working, and it is critical for us to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The connection was working fine previously, but now we are seeing the following error:

“The request failed due to failure of a previous request. Failed to verify connection ‘Sellercloud’. [401] Invalid Username/Password.”

Could you please let us know what might be causing this issue and how we can resolve it? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @Hafiz,

Welcome to the community. What is clear from the error is that the combination of username/password is incorrect. Try to find the right combination.

If you are sure that you use the right combination, try to create a new connection with those credentials. You have to replace the broken connection with the working connection for all modules.
