What is your goal?
I need to send an email every time a form is completed in Cliniko. I am new to Make and also to API’s and am struggling.
I have done some research on GPT and tried to do something, but it is not doing what I want..
Any help appreciated
What is the problem?
I cannot get the data from Cliniko, and the email sends as a blank every time regardless of if there is any data

Can you show some screenshots from the scenario and how its setup at the moment?
Just a notification email to say that a form has been received. This is my current scenario
There should be a built in function in cliniko for that.
Like a thank you mail when they clock submit.
More of a notification to clinic admin that a form has been received, not the patient. Cliniko have confirmed that this is not something that exists
Ok, can you show some screenshots of the modulles and how they are setup at the moment? And can you show a screenshot of some outputs you are getting when they run and they find a new form?
