I am new to Make and have tried but have not been able to complete this scenario. I created and shared Google Drive Folders for my clients to upload files to. I want myself and two other people to be notified when my clients upload documents to their Google Drive folders.

You can use watch module to triggers when new files are being added and select the folder you want to watch.
Then you can connect whichever channel you wan to watch.
