Question about Watch Module + Incrementing

Hello

I would like to have my ideas written down in an organized way by voice and save it somewhere.
I currently have a .wav file stored in my Gdrive. The process is currently working.

As soon as a second, third, fourth … file is uploaded, the scenario should start, edit and save the new file. The scenario should only start when a new file appears in the folder.

What I don’t quite understand at the moment is what the Watch Module actually does. Does the Gdrive Watch Module check in real time as soon as a file is uploaded?
or do I have to do something else?

Finally, how can I combine the 3 Open AI modules? I tried to pull down to 2 but it gave me weird answers.

Greetings

Did you know, this forum has a Hire a Pro category, where you can post your request for off-site specialised help on other platforms (video call/screenshare/private messaging/etc.)? This may help you get your issue resolved faster especially if it is urgent. It is important to post your request in the Hire a Pro category, as forum members are not allowed to advertise their services elsewhere (like here).

For more information, read up on POLLING triggers on the help center and Make Academy.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

Hi @Cetryn
The Google Drive Watch Module is actually set up with a polling interval, not an instant trigger. This means it doesn’t check for new files continuously in real time; instead, it checks the folder at regular intervals (e.g., every 15 minutes or as set in the scenario). When a new file is detected during one of these checks, it will then trigger the scenario to process that file.

You can setup as follows and turn on the scenario.
