Hi, I can’t connect Shopify to Make. Every time I try to create the Shopify connection, Make gets stuck in a redirect loop on makecom/en/select-organization or makecom/en/select-team/... and shows ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. I tested on multiple browsers, devices, networks, and in incognito mode, and it still happens. Has anyone found a fix?

This usually happens when the OAuth login flow between Make and Shopify gets stuck while Make is trying to determine the organization or team for the connection.

Since you already tried different browsers, networks, and incognito, it’s likely related to the session stored in your Make account rather than your device.

A few things that are worth trying:

Log out of Make completely, clear cookies for make.com and shopify.com, then log back in and try creating the Shopify connection again.

Make sure you are already inside the correct organization or team in Make before creating the connection. If you belong to multiple teams, the redirect can loop while trying to select the workspace.

Try creating the Shopify connection from a brand new scenario rather than an existing one.

Disable browser extensions such as ad blockers or privacy tools, as they can sometimes interfere with the OAuth redirect.

If it still loops, it may be a workspace session issue. At that point it’s best to contact Make support and include the redirect URL and a screenshot so they can check the OAuth session on their side.

This sounds less like a Shopify auth problem and more like Make getting stuck in its own org/team redirect flow.

Since you already tested different browsers, devices, networks, and incognito, I’d suspect an account/session issue on the Make side rather than something wrong with your Shopify store. Make’s connection flow depends on the account/team context, so if that redirect keeps looping on select-organization / select-team, it usually needs Make to check the session or account routing on their side.

So I’d say: this looks platform-side, not user error. If it happens everywhere, it’s probably worth reporting to Make support with the exact redirect URL and a screen recording.

Try establishing a connection in a new scenario- create a new, blank scenario, add any Shopify module and try to connect it to Shopify.

If this doesn’t help - please create a ticket with Make.com support.
