Error 404 when integrating Shopify with Make (Integromat) using custom app

I’m trying to integrate my Shopify store with Make (Integromat) using a custom app, but I’m getting the following error when creating the connection: Status Code Error: 404.

Here are the configuration details:

  • I have created a custom app in the Shopify admin with the write_customers and read_customers scopes;

  • I’m using the Access Token from the Admin API correctly copied from the app;

  • In Make, I selected “Shopify (Custom App)”, set the store domain to `` (without the .myshopify.com), and the API token;

  • The API version used in the app is 2025-04;

  • The error occurs as soon as I try to save the connection.

Does anyone know what could be causing this 404 error? I’m mainly wondering if I’m using the correct domain or if I’m missing any additional permissions.
