Signing up for new account fails

Is anyone having issues with signing up for a new account?
I’m trying to set up an account for a client and it keeps failing.

I’ve tried both with my referral link as well as just through the normal sign up button on the home page.

The error I keep receiving is:

Bad Request
×Periscope Seek Failed. Status: 423. {“code”:423,“message”:“Periscope closed.”}

I get the same error

Ive send a request to support as well. Hopefully they can resolve quickly.

When I tried to replicate the issue on my end, I did not succeed. Getting in touch with our support team is definitely the right thing to do in this case.

If anyone else comes across this issue and opens a ticket with us, please consider including a screen recording of the problem. This will make the investigation process quicker and more efficient.

Your collaboration is greatly appreciated and I’m sorry about the trouble this might be causing.
