Errors when trying to connect Adobe Acrobat Sign account

Hi! I’m trying to connect my Adobe Acrobat Sign Pro account with Make to automatically send out signature requests. However whenever I try to make the connect I get this error

Anyone have a solution to this one? I’m definitely an admin for our Adobe account.

Hi Lara,
You generally face this error when you are not an admin for your Adobe account.
However since you have confirmed that you are indeed an admin, I would suggest that you try clearing your cookies and see if that solves the problem (maybe your previous login on Adobe was not an admin, and it has cached(or mixed up) some stale data)
