Can't connect to Adobe Acrobat Sign

How can I resolve this error? I’m trying to connect to my Adobe Acrobat Sign account from Make and I’m receiving this error:
{“message”:“The request failed due to failure of a previous request.”,“code”:“SC424”,“suberrors”:[{“message”:“[access_denied] Only account admins can approve account scopes”,“name”:“InvalidConfigurationError”}]}
Is this an issue from Make or from Adobe sign.

I ended up resolving this after much trying. Try clearing cookies and ensure your account is account admin.
