I’m trying to connect to Canva which Make had officially released not too long ago, I tried to connect it, and I got the error message that said {"message":"The request failed due to failure of a previous request.","code":"SC424","suberrors":[{"message":"[invalid_scope] Requested scopes are not allowed for this client.","name":"InvalidConfigurationError"}]}
.
I don’t know if anyone else is having that problem, I even contacted Make support to no avail. I hope this gets fixed soon.
Welcome to the Make community!

So what I simply did was, I was doing a simple connect to the Canva website for authorization
then I tried to make a new connection like so
And then a window popped up and gave me this error
So I closed the window and it gave me a 400 errors after closing it.
so I think there’s a bug with the scopes inside the login process. I wish this is fixed soon.
I see. Try creating the connection using another module first.
Oh ok, that seems to work so far and worked on other modules, seems the “Make a API call” module does not seem to work. Maybe it’s something they need to fix.
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
