Unfortunately, Make revamped its user interface today.
As a result of the revamp, the RUN ONCE (and FORCE STOP) buttons are no longer working properly for scenarios that start with a custom webhook.
When we press RUN ONCE, the webhook spins, but even when we send data to the webhook, the scenario does NOT visually update in real-time anymore. The scenario just runs silently in the background, but doesn’t show us anything onscreen. All we see is the webhook trigger spinning.
Similarly, if we press FORCE STOP, nothing happens either. The webhook trigger just keeps spinning and Make doesn’t let us force stop the scenario.
Can Make please fix this ASAP?
Thank you!
Scott

I’m using Google Chrome v130.0.6723.91 on Windows 10 and it is still working as expected.
Do not use Safari, it is not a supported browser.
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

Hello @ScottWorld, thank you for raising this.
As Sam mentioned, could you please open a ticket with us and include all the relevant details? Our support team has all the tools and processes needed to thoroughly investigate this and potentially escalate it to the dev team with all the necessary information.
Thank you for your collaboration and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience.
