Hello - Having an issue with finding a Slack channel. Currently banging my head against a wall trying to solve this.

Hey there,

Before trying to diagnose further, if you have multiple slack workspaces, please make sure the bot is authorised to the correct workspace - gave me a headache a while back.

Hi Owen,
I saw your video on loom. I can’t be sure, but you may need to add permissions related to groups in Slack’s Bot Token Scopes.

I think you are right. Where is your above screenshot?

I’ve started to add the scopes in Make but it’s still not posting into the private channels.

I’ve attached a screen from the Slack app admin console, I don’t think you’ll have any problem setting up Scope from make.

The only other thing I can think of is that depending on your permissions, you may need to add it as an integration to the channel you want the bot to post to.

Thanks, this appeared to solve it. Just for any future people reading this, I needed to add both ‘Make.com’ and ‘Intergromat’ to the channels
