Slack - Create a Message to send direct message

Hey there,

My use case is that I need to get Confluence pages data, check which are older than 90 days and send Slack reminders to owners of these pages.

I’ve got all the workflow done, but I’m unable to get the Slack module working no matter what.

My idea was that I wouid get an e-mail from one of the earlier API calls and use it as a user, but I get a 200 error. Then I figured I would try to find what format it expects, but no matter what I type into the field (full name, e-mail etc.) the scenario keeps failing.

Has anyone stumbled across this in the past? Any clues as to what format would be accepted in the ‘User’ field?

Turn off mapping and select a user. Than turn on mapping and see what the format is. Whatever that field shows is how you need to have your values formatted.

Another way is to download a successful input bundle and take a look from there.
