Below picture is an example of the timeline view in Asana. When an assignee has multiple tasks going at the same time, that creates a capacity conflict. It’s theoritically solvable by changing this one task, but in a whole-project roadmap timeline, this can affect a lot of other tasks and are practically not manageable.
We are looking for ideas on how people solve the wider approach (does not have to be Asana specific) on the above and how to implement them in Make.com.
