Submit PDF to OpenAI?

Is there a way to submit a PDF to OpenAI, then prompt ChatGPT asking questions about the PDF? Such as, list all companies referenced in it etc?

Have you tried using the Upload a File Module ? It supports PDF formats.

Welcome to the Make Community.

Yes, You can do it by using OpenAI Assistant.

First open the OpenAI Platform website https://platform.openai.com/

Then click on Assistant

Create New Asisstant

Upload the pdf file in Files as shown in screenshot.

Then add module Message an Assistant of OpenAI

Here you can give prompts in message by selecting your assistant.
