Upload a PDF file to ChatGTP 4o

Hello there,
in the past i just the modules “Upload a file” and “Message an Assistent” to upload a PDF and let ChatGTP analyze it. That worked.
Since a few days it’s broken, the ChatGPT module response says it can’t access the file.

I also recognized, that the “Message an Assistent” module is deprecated meanwhile and that the module “Create a Chat Completion” provides the model 4o now.

Is there a way to include PDF file in “Create a Chat Completion” or is the there any other way to use uploaded files in prompts?

(I search read older posts, but the use the assistent module)

It might even be better to continue the conversation there so that we have a knowledgebase about the same topic (uploading to OpenAI).
