Hi @steke,
I can help you set up a workflow where each new Tally form submission instantly sends a Telegram alert — including all key details (name, email, responses, etc.).
We can do this cleanly through Make.com, and I can also help you extend it to log submissions in Sheets or trigger follow-up messages automatically.
