Template does not receive the data

The scenario must produce an attendance sheet for a group. The template is a Word table with its header and a row where the variables are located: {{Nom}} {{Prenom}} {{Scan - QR code}} {{Statut}}. The scenario works very well; I’ve verified it. In the end, I get an attendance sheet with only one record. Scenario: Google Sheets search rows - Google Drive download a file - Microsoft Word template fill a document with batch of data - Google Drive upload file.

Can you show some screenshots showing how the scenario is setup and what the outputs look like?

The issue is likely that Google Sheets Search rows returns multiple bundles, while the Word module needs one batch.

Add an Array aggregator before the Word module and aggregate all rows into one array.

Also check the Word template. The table row must be a repeating row/section. If it only contains simple placeholders like {{Nom}}, {{Prenom}}, {{Scan - QR code}}, {{Statut}}, Make will fill only one record.

Expected flow:

  • Google Sheets Search rows
  • Array aggregator
  • Google Drive Download file
  • Microsoft Word Fill document with batch of data
  • Google Drive Upload file

So: aggregate rows first, then map the array into a repeating table row in the Word template.

cset is impossible; file downloads are not working. There are major bugs in this forum.
