Text Parser - Replace doesn't work

Good morning

We’re trying to file completed Signable envelopes in Dropbox in folders by external signature. I’m using Text Parser - Replace to remove the salutation from the signer name I get from Signable. In my test example I’m trying to turn “Mr Terrible Tenant” into “Terrible Tenant”.

I’m not a coder but I’ve found a regex that seems to work, what I’m struggling with is that the Text Parser isn’t removing the “Mr” from the signer name.

I’d be very grateful if anyone could explain what I’ve missed.
