The scenario cannot run at the set time interval

In the scenario, I opened the time interval , set it to 1 hour, and saved the script. After exiting, under the DIAGRAM tab of this scenario, I found the upper right corner of the page shows that my scenario configuration buttion still shows off, and found the scenario is not executed every hour in the history page in lasting 3 hours.
ps. Interval between attempts of Break is 1minute.

As I need to execute the scenario at the time interval I want, but the scenario is always automatically turn off and cannot be executed on my demond for several times.

Welcome to the Make community!

Why

Based on the error message shown in your screenshot,

Your scenario could not be saved and could not even be turned on, because you already have two other scenarios on (active).

The free tier does not allow you to activate/turn on more than two scenarios.

Solution

To resolve this, simply

  • Turn off another active scenario, or

  • Upgrade your Make subscription

For more information, see https://www.make.com/en/pricing and https://www.make.com/en/help/general/changing-your-subscription--upgrading,-downgrading,-or-canceling-#how-to-upgrade

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
