Create a seamless integration between Facebook & Klaviyo form

Steps taken so far

Hi, there !

I have a direct integration with Facebook form and Klaviyo. Leads from the form should go to the list.
Everything works, but once every few days the integration between them goes down and, accordingly, stops working.

I wrote to Klaviyo support. They said that everything is set up correctly, but such failures between Meta and Klaviyo often happen and you need to constantly monitor this.

Please tell me, if I set up the same integration through Make, will it ensure uninterrupted integration and transfer of data from the form to Klaviyo&?

When I first tried syncing Meta Lead Ads with Klaviyo, I faced the same issue—random dropouts every few days. Switching to a Make scenario did improve reliability, but I still added monitoring steps just in case. To catch and reroute lost leads, I also brought in [Phonexa], which helped me keep lead flow consistent and visible.

Thank you for your response. Phonexa is a great solution. But my client had a limited budget. So, in the end, I just created a form in Klaviyo and launched it for advertising instead of the Meta form, so I completely eliminated the integration with Meta :slightly_smiling_face:
