Have you checked your WordPress user permissions? The “Sorry, you are not allowed to do that” message often hints at a permissions issue. Or it can be just as simple as wrong path.

Nope - we moved to boost.space - ZERO help from support, literally feels like they just sit there and decide which canned email is most appropriate, then send a “satisfaction survey”.
