I have a list of people in my google sheet. On that sheet is also table with a list of weeks and if those weeks are available or not. I text people one by one and they look at the spreadsheet- respond with the week they want and I enter their name next to the week they picked. I then move on to the next person. There are a few rules- for example you can only pick 2 weeks in a particular month, depending on the round- pick 1 week or 2 weeks etc..
Multiple rounds going up and down the list.
It is a very manual and tedious process. I have some coding/scripting knowledge. I have been studying make.com and figured it would be imminently suited for a task such as this.
Question to the experts- Do you think this is possible with make.com?
