Every time I try to post to twitter I get a [429] Too Many Requests: Too Many Requests error

You might have reached the rate limits of your account type:
If you don’t think you have, you can add an error handler that throttles 429 errors. If you search for “429” you’ll find many(!) discussions and solutions on the forum.
