Unable to retrieve Media ID (Instagram for Business), can you help?

Hello !

I am running ads on Meta (Fb and Insta) and I need to automate comment replies. Similar to this topic, I am unable to fetch posts and retrieve media ID (What is Media ID (for instagram business) and where can I find it?).

It only returns a partial list of non-sponsored posts (see screenshot).

Is there a way to retrieve the media ID from a sponsored post and copy-paste it in Make ?

1. Connected IG account
2. Selected Watch Media
3. Selected List Media comments
