Updating data in Zoho CRM

Hi,

I need help with updating the data about leads in Zoho CRM.

  1. I scrap data from Linkedin via Linkedhelper tool and transfer it via Integromat/Make to Zoho CRM

  2. as a next step, Linkedhelper tool sends the message to the lead, and then if the lead replies to the message I need to add this information to the Zoho, but I can not understand how to make it:
    a. Find the current lead in Zoho, which I had added previously at the beginning of the campaign (at the previous step)
    b. Update the field in the Lead section

Can anyone help me out with this issue?
