URGENT - help from Support (My paid access email was deleted)

I have a paid account and the email for access was deleted so i can’t get in , I had to create another free account to simply try and get help , but it blocks any support … So I need someone from Make to reply to me to resolve the login issue to my paid account please

I have tried everything and zero response from Make
